God calls us to love and support one another through authentic relationships. Faith’s Encouragement and Prayer Ministry is here to provide support, guidance and care for you should you be experiencing a moment of need or joy.
Homebound Communion & Hospital Visitation
Our Homebound Communion and Hospital Visitation team is here to accompany those who are elderly, unable to attend worship, or in the hospital. The people on this team are here to provide spiritual support, communion and company when you are unable to attend worship or experiencing a difficult life situation.
One on One Care
If you are going through a difficult time and would like someone to listen, support and help you find answers, we have Stephen Ministers available to walk with you. Our Stephen Ministry team here at Faith is trained to provide you with a Christ-centered, safe, confidential conversation to help guide you through whatever you are experiencing. If you are a veteran or active military member, you can also have a HEROES Care provider (Stephen Minister with additional training) to guide and support you. Throughout life, we all struggle or go through hardship. God calls us to support and love one another; if you are in need of support, we’re here to listen.
Our Meal Ministry here at Faith provides meals for individuals or families who are going through a difficult or transitional life situation such as a death, illness, surgery, move, or birth of a baby. There is no shame in asking for a hand during hardships we experience in life. On the contrary, your family of faith is here to support you and help take this one small burden off your plate.
Prayer is powerful! If you have something on your heart and would like someone to pray with you, our Prayer Team is here for you. You can submit a prayer card during worship or use the Prayer Request Form below for our Prayer Team and staff to pray for you. You can also find a Prayer Partner every Sunday to personally pray with you. (Sundays outside the sanctuary in between services from 10:15-10:45am)
