Prayer at Faith

If you are in need of prayer, we want to pray for you.  Fill out a prayer request card at one of our Sunday services, or fill one out online via this link:  Send a Prayer Request

At Faith, we want to call upon God with every concern of our lives and the lives of those we know.  We not only want to see God move in mighty ways, but we're also privileged to be a part of that.  For this reason, we frame our prayers with three basic principles:

  • Pray for others before ourselves
  • Pray for what is right, not just what is reasonable
  • Pray for results through us, rather than to us

Each week, we pray for the following:

  • God’s children everywhere, especially those overwhelmed by war, natural disaster, religious persecution, prejudice, political injustice, poverty, hunger, disease, homelessness, loneliness, financial worries, unemployment, or hopelessness.
  • Safe, successful missions and return home by those in our military and volunteer organizations, especially those known to us personally.
  • Officials and leaders: national, state, and local.
  • Faith’s day school, congregation council, leaders, mission partners, Stephen Ministers, Pastor Rusty, Pastor Nick, and staff.
  • Our faith formation and growth in discipleship and mission.
  • Friends & Family in ongoing treatment & recovery
